LECHPOL ELECTRONICS Leszek spółka komandytowa z siedzibą w miejscowości Miętne informuje, że wprowadzony do obrotu wyrób: blender marki „teesa®”, model: „TSA3535”, kod kreskowy: 5901890020787, nie spełnia wymagań §7 ust. 1 pkt 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Rozwoju z dnia 2 czerwca 2016 r. w sprawie wymagań dla sprzętu elektrycznego (Dz. U. poz. 806).
Opis nieprawidłowości
W przewodach wewnętrznych urządzenia, mających kontakt z elementami dostępnymi dla użytkownika, zastosowano nieodpowiednią izolację, która może ulec uszkodzeniu. Ponadto wewnętrzne elementy blendera, będące częściami pod napięciem, nie są odpowiednio zabezpieczone przed wnikaniem wilgoci. Stwierdzone nieprawidłowości powodują, że elementy pod napięciem mogą stać się dostępne dla użytkownika, co stwarza poważne ryzyko porażenia prądem
W związku z powyższym prosimy wszystkich klientów o zwrot w/w blendera TSA3535 w możliwie jak najszybszym terminie. Na zwracane urządzenia będą wystawiane faktury korygujące.

does not comply with the requirements of §7(1)(1) of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Development of 2 June 2016 on the essential requirements for electrical equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 806).
Description of the non-compliance
The internal wiring of the appliance that comes into contact with user-accessible parts is fitted with inadequate insulation, which may become damaged. In addition, the internal live parts of the blender are not sufficiently protected against the ingress of moisture. As a result of these defects, live parts may become accessible to the user, creating a serious risk of electric shock.
In view of the above, we kindly request that all customers return the above-mentioned TSA3535 blender as soon as possible. Credit notes will be issued for all returned products.
Customers who have purchased the above-mentioned TSA3535 blender from us but no longer have any units in stock are kindly requested to complete the enclosed declaration and return it either by email to [email protected] or by post to the following address:
